Perfect for couples or solo travelers looking for a quiet home base close to the best of San Diego. The house is subdivided and I live in it when it’s not being used as an airbnb. The space Open kitchen with beautiful counter that serves also as the dining space. There is a garden in the back yard that we tend to usually in the mornings and you might see our dog Bobbi. None of your subdivision of the home is shared. The entire studio is yours. This is also our home we live in when it is not rented out and you can expect some things to look that way. :) There are also chickens in the neighbor’s back yard. Other things to note Some notes on accessibility: There are two steps and a hill on the drive way to the front door which is not ideal for people that use a wheelchair.
