Welcome to Cottesloe Beach House. Live the Cottesloe dream in this beautiful character house located on one of the best streets in North Cottesloe. Pine lined streets lead you to the beach which is a short 10 min walk or 5 min bike ride. Close to all the favourite cafes, restaurants and local supermarket at the top of the street. The main house has the iconic Cottesloe Cabin at the rear, which is also available to book as a separate listing if you need additional 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms. The space This is a traditional Cottesloe character house, featuring beautiful jarrah floorboards and thoughtful interiors with plenty of natural light.\n\nLocated in a great pocket of North Cottesloe a short walk to Daisies cafe, Eric Chamberlain cafe and the Eric Street shopping complex which includes a pharmacy, GP clinic, chiropractor, Physio, Pilates and gym. \n\nNorth facing front yard with large grassed area and a verandah to enjoy a G&T and dinners with family and friends. There is also a cubby house in the front yard, perfect for the travelling family. \n\nThe house has 3 bedrooms, and bedroom 2 can be made into a king or twin room. There is also an extra room at the front of the house which large study. It has a built in desk and storage, can be used as an extra bedroom for a cot or another mattress (available upon request for additional fee).\n\nThis house features a 5x3m magnesium pool. The water is clearer, has a silky smooth feel, and is gentler on the skin and eyes — particularly beneficial for people with skin ailments, like psoriasis or eczema.\n\nAll three bedrooms have reverse cycle air-conditioning\/heating systems. The living room\nalso features a large system for heating and cooling. \n\nThere is plenty of space and different entertaining areas to enjoy the warm Summer days and kids to run around the yard. \n\nThis house has everything you need for a perfect holiday in Perth.
