Part of a larger property, if the owners are away, you are free to walk through the garden, if they are in residence, they would be happy to show you around. There are walks through Wombat Forest up to the reservoir and Babbington Hill as well as along the rail trail to Trentham. Annie Smithers lives in Lyonville and often has tours of her Babbington Farm. The iconic Radio Springs Hotel is a few minutes walk for lunch or dinner and on Sunday mornings stroll over to the Lyonville Hall Café for freshly made cakes, biscuits, homemade jams and hot coffee. An easy 10 minute drive will take you to Trentham or Daylesford for other venues.
