Just 15 minutes from Ski Cooper and 30 minutes away from Copper Mountain. Don't forget to enjoy a nice warm soak in the non-chlorine hot tub after your adventures. A hot tub is located in the backyard on the deck! Please note this is a 4-person hot tub. You might occasionally encounter some of the local wildlife, insects, and small critters that are part of the natural surroundings. We recommend keeping doors securely closed whenever possible. Rest assured, we've implemented thorough measures to ensure your stay remains undisturbed by these natural inhabitants. Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.
