This airy and light filled 2 bedroom guesthouse is centrally located close to John Hunter hospital, shops, sporting stadium, entertainment centre and University. Five minute walk to New Lambton village shops with IGA supermarket, pub, great coffee shops/cafes, and restaurants. Ten minute walk to McDonald Jones sports precinct and hockey stadium. Ten minute drive to Newcastle and beaches. This premise has a spacious kitchen and lounge with high ceilings, courtyard and off-street parking. The space We strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests during their stay. This stylishly built two bedroom guesthouse is fully furnished with large windows and glass sliding doors leading out to a small private and landscaped patio area complete with shade awning. Available for 1-4 guests. You will be welcomed by a light filled open living space with lounge and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. Your privacy will be assured and respected. The space Located close to the John Hunter Hospital (5 minute drive) and easy walking distance to New Lambton village and local parks. Plenty of cafes, pubs and shops for you to visit as well as a well stocked supermarket within a 5 minute walking distance. Close to the Newcastle Entertainment Centre, University of Newcastle and walking distance (10 minutes) to McDonald Jones sports stadium and hockey stadium. Newcastle and beaches are 10-15 minutes drive. You will have full use of this space with everything you need. There is a washing machine and combi dryer tucked away with bifold doors for your use and washing liquid is provided. Bedroom 1 has a spacious bathroom with walk in shower and vanity, as well as a wardrobe. A portable cot is stored in this wardrobe. Bedroom 2 also has an ensuite bathroom. There is a linen cupboard next to the kitchen with spare towels, an iron, washing basket and pegs. There is also a washing line to the side of the front of the guesthouse and a clothes rack in the laundry. The living space has a fan and reverse cycle air-conditioning, a comfortable sofa and living area that looks out onto a landscaped back patio area with chairs and table to unwind and relax. There are throw rugs for those chilly afternoons available. Both bedrooms have queen size beds with bed linen and towels provided. The bedrooms have a ceiling fan. Both bedrooms and all living space is on the one ground level. The upstairs is a loft only. Guest access A shared driveway leads to the property. It is a narrow and has a kink in it so is only suitable for experienced drivers with parking at the end of the driveway near the house. Please don’t park in the shared driveway. Access is via a keypad PIN code. Other things to note Available as 1-4 guest hire. There is a dedicated EV socket to charge an electric vehicle (no actual charger). Please reconsider if you are a smoker as this is a non smoking environment inside and out.
