The Cottesloe Cabin is an architecturally designed Scandinavian style haven. It has been designed to accomodate both short term and long term stays and is also available for location photoshoots.The cabin offers multi-purpose accomodation for professional travellers, couples or families. Every room in the cabin has been carefully considered and designed with travellers in mind so you feel instantly relaxed and comfortable. It is completely separate to the main house with rear laneway access which features an automatic gate for the carport which provides a very private, secure and safe sanctuary for travellers. There is a huge 3m privacy wall separating the two residences. The cabin is safe, secure and very private with a separate entry through a rear access laneway with an automatic gate for parking your car or key locked pedestrian gate. Both bedrooms have ensuites, with the main bedroom featuring a queen size bed which also has a 42 inch wall mounted Smart TV with Netflix. The bathrooms features skylight flooding the room with natural light and a large luxurious shower, bespoke handmade wardrobes and vanity. The second bedroom can be configured to feature two single beds or a king size bed. It also has a bench seat and hanging rack. The ensuite in this bedroom features a bath/shower combination with a skylight and handmade plywood vanities. Both bedrooms have USB powerpoints for fast charging phone points and also free WIFI. Please note both bedrooms have ceiling fans but no air-conditioning units. The main living area has a large powerful 7kW unit. The open plan kitchen, dining and living space spills out onto the spacious deck which wraps around to the entertaining area, which can also be utilised as a single carport. The kitchen has been designed for a serious cook and features brand new designer appliances such as the SMEG oven and induction cooktop. It also has a SMEG dishwasher, microwave/convection oven and plenty of storage. The kitchen is appointed with all appliances: toaster, kettle, blender and food staples: olive oil, balsamic, salt, pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, milk and condiments.
