Unfortunately, I had to adjust the prices because the city of Essen charges a BED TAX of €9.00 per night. No check-in after 8 pm. Please note: The residents of the house close the front door at 8:00 pm, which is why independent check-in is no longer possible afterwards. We ourselves do not live in the house. The apartment is suitable for business people and, if booked early, also for students who have to take a semester in another city. The space The original layout of the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and shower. In the sleeping area there is a double bed 1.8 m x 2.0 m with a spacious walk-in closet. The cozy living area is equipped with cable TV and Wi-Fi The dining area connects directly to the fitted kitchen. Due to the above-mentioned furnishings, the apartment is also suitable for longer stays. We are regular vacation apartment bookers ourselves and have therefore tried to provide everything in the offered apartment that we missed in booked vacation apartments. Guest access Bed linen, towels and hair dryer are provided. Coffee, tea and mineral water are available to guests as a first supply. The apartment has a free parking space. The inventory includes a laptop with black/white printer, iron and ironing board. Other things to note For the Ruhr area, documents for cultural and leisure activities are available in brochures / flyers. For kids under six years of age, we do not charge an overnight fee.
