The light filled new addition provides open plan living at its best with the latest European quality appliances, 4m stone island bench opening onto spectacular rooftop deck with sweeping ocean views. Starlink wifi The space At the heart of the beautiful, stone chapel is a Chimnee Phillipe 4 sided fireplace surrounded by oversized, super comfy sofas. We raised the original floors of the chapel to allow ocean views and additional room for the three bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs. There is a huge wool press dining table on the far side of the church with original church pews. Great for card/ board games. A leather recliner and well stocked library are in one corner and a poker table with stools in another. We have recently installed STARLINK wifi to the church as realise the importance of reliable, fast connectivity for our guests. A new glass bridge extension was added on the upper level connecting the church to the new build nicknamed “the Sunday School”. Light filled with floor to ceiling glass an open plan kitchen/dining/casual living space opens onto a large rooftop deck via sliding doors. Well equipped kitchen with European appliances and integrated dishwasher, appliance cupboard with coffee machine, microwave etc. A bar with hydrotap with sparkling water, integrated bar fridge and dishdraw is by the casual kitchen living space complete with daybed with ocean views. Outdoor Dining table and outdoor lounges with umbrellas and bbq make the deck a wonderful outdoor entertaining space with beautiful views of long beach all the way to the breakwater jetty. Downstairs there is a queen bedroom with its own ensuite. An additional wallpapered powder room across the hall with shower. Large laundry with 10 kilo washer and seperate dryer and fold down ironing board. Laundry leads outside to south deck with outdoor shower and washing line. A large sliding door across the downstairs hallway seperate the luxurious master bedroom and sunken ensuite with bath. A parent retreat is across the hall from the master bedroom with an additional dishdraw, sink and bar fridge. Great adults only space for quiet reading or to watch a movie. This opens via French doors to the lower deck with a spa that overlooks the lower magnolia hedged garden. The Church on the Hill, luxury beachside living in the heart of Robe. Guest access Booked guests have access to all areas of the church except locked cupboards. Please let Jane know if additional beds are required as an allowance of one bed per guest as per your booking conditions. If extra beds are used an additional charge per extra guest per entire stay will be charged to your credit card by Airbnb on departure. Please arrange with Jane beforehand regarding best bedroom configuration for your group to alleviate extra, unnecessary charges. Thank you for your understanding. Other things to note Being in the heart of Robe we are surrounded by restaurants and bars. During peak summer season there may be live music that you can enjoy listening to from the comfort of the deck. All windows of new extension are double glazed. Our neighbours to the south, behind the church, are building but not far off completion.
