The apartment is modernly decorated and thoughtfully furnished, with air-conditioning available in the bedroom only — ideal for a cool and restful night’s sleep. Whether you’re visiting to relax or explore the island, the Green Apartment is a perfect choice for your stay at Malika Retreat. Smoking is NOT allowed nowhere on the premises Neither in the apartments. Late check-out is possible upon availability . Extra Cleaning service on request. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: - To inform us of your expected arrival time so that we are ready to welcome you. - To refer to directions provided upon reservation. - We expect our guests to uphold the highest standard of integrity and fairness. You must report any incidents and/or damages to the property as soon as possible, or at the time of check out. - You must observe the maximum number of guests when booking your stay. - Please do not exceed the number of guests paid for in the reservation without informing the host. - Absolutely no drinking or eating in the bedrooms and living-room. Food and drink stains are costly to treat. The cost incurred to clean any damage will be deducted from the deposit.
