The bright garden apartment is located on the ground floor of the Alpenpanorama Chalet vacation home with 2 apartments and offers a maximum of 7 sleeping places with sofa bed, e.g. for large family reunions and groups. From the living, sleeping and dining room you can walk directly into the garden with barbecue & fireplace via the small terrace. Ideal for guests with dogs and children. For smokers, there are cozy seating areas outside the door and on rainy days, the traditional igloo sauna from Estonia invites you to relax. The space The center of life is almost always the well-kept garden with a large wooden table, grill & fireplace or the living, sleeping and dining room with stereo system and TV. There is also a rustic wooden table with comfortable chairs for 7 guests. This is where great game nights can take place. In addition, there is a large sofa opposite the bed, which can also be converted into a sofa bed if necessary. Guest access The apartment (77 m²) has its own entrance and a very large garden (property is 1041 m²) and a sun terrace with sun loungers and mountain views. Other things to note There is only one "real bedroom"! The other two bedrooms are either a living and dining room at the same time or it is a passage room to the bathroom. Children or smokers often sleep here, because from here you can go directly into the garden in front of the door.
