Welcome to Silvertip Hideaway! Shaver Lake is the perfect place to vacation. The climate is ideal with cool summers and mild winters. The list of activities is long and includes, hiking, fishing, skiing, sledding, boating, snowmobiling, horseback riding, and more! The space Silvertip Hideaway is located in the Silvertip subdivision conveniently located 1 mile from the heart of Shaver Lake where you might enjoy skiing, boating, fishing, jet skiing, and more! Silvertip Hideaway is nestled in a very quiet subdivision of Shaver Lake. There are full-time residents that live next door and we expect our guests to respect a quiet time of 10:00PM. This is not a party house. Please note this property does not accommodate boats or trailers. In the summer, there is room for three cars and in the winter season, only two. There is no parking on the road during snowfall - please park in the driveway. The snow plows will not clear the road if cars are parked on it. The driveway can only accommodate two cars. The cabin is outfitted to suit the needs of the modern vacationer. A contemporary design with spectacular windows that reflect the forest, unique wood flooring, and a top-notch fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning, new memory foam mattresses, and unique murphy beds to make your stay comfortable. Enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine upon your arrival! A washer and dryer in the cabin are perfect for soggy ski clothes or beach towels. Entertainment options like flat-screen TVs mean you can cozy up with a good movie next to the fireplace! Enjoy the deck with table and chairs in the summertime, with a good cup of joe in hand (complimentary selection of coffee and hot cocoa are offered, of course). Two bedrooms, and a common space with 2 murphy beds and a pull-out couch.
