This large studio, part of my flat, is close to the Place de la Bastille, in a large courtyard typical of the area's history. You'll love it for its comfort, charm and tranquillity in a very lively Parisian neighbourhood. This 35 m² flat is perfect for couples, solo travellers and business travellers. I live on the other side of the flat. The space The accommodation comprises an entrance hall with a fitted kitchen, a window and a small table and two chairs. A few steps lead to a large bedroom with 2 windows overlooking a large, quiet courtyard. There is a cupboard and chest of drawers in the bedroom. The bathroom, with bath, washbasin and toilet has a washing machine, a wardrobe with shelves and drawers. Guest access My flat has two exits. The rented accommodation has its own exit and comprises a large bedroom, a kitchen entrance and a bathroom. A closed door separates the two sides of the flat. I live on the other side.
