Fully functioning kitchen with appliances and utensils, microwave, oven and stovetop cooking, even a coffee pod machine and milk frother (please BYO pods). Dining table has 6 chairs with another 2 stools at the breakfast bar. Another living area with TV Small deck on the second level with small table and chairs and gas BBQ Enclosed backyard, pristine gardens, perfect to relax in. Or park your boat behind the gates. Walking distance to the beach... and just a little further to the shops. Some consumables such as toilet paper and dish liquid are provided for your arrival. You may be required to purchase extra during your stay. All bed linens, pillows and bath towels are provided as a cleaning fee. Please BYO Beach Towels. Sleeps up to 8 guests maximum in 6 beds.
