The Treehouse Ocean Grove

With views over ocean and wetlands, this old yet stylish beach house is perfect for multiple families or a large group. Located among the gums of Old Ocean Grove, a five minute drive from surf beaches and near wineries. Large deck with spectacular sunsets, spacious open plan living, updated kitchen and dining with a wood-burning fire and Netflix. A nursery with cot and spacious, fully fenced yard The space Enjoy a local wine and the view of the sun setting over the ocean, wetlands and river from the large private balcony. There’s plenty of space for entertaining- with a big outdoor table, wine barrel and BBQ. Looking out onto the balcony and view, is the kitchen and open plan living space. You can cook dinner for everyone in the updated kitchen with family dining table and large island bench. Otherwise, sit back on the comfortable sofas- read a book from our collection, or stream a movie or watch the footy on the smart TV while you relax by the cosy wood fire. The layout of the house is perfect for multiple families with bedrooms set over two floors that can be closed off from each other if needed. On the first floor there are three bedrooms (two with queen beds and one with two singles that can be made up as a double if needed), plus the main bathroom with shower and spa bath. The bottom floor has the master bedroom, en-suite, separate nursery and extra living space with pullout sofa that can be closed off to make an extra bedroom. Each of the four main bedrooms has a comfortable bed with cosy doonas and hotel linen provided. There are fans in each room for the warmer nights and central heating for the cooler ones. The separate downstairs living/work space has a desk and a pullout sofa that can be closed off to make another bedroom if needed. We also have a nursery equipped with a cot and mattress, cot linen, change mat and toys and books for your little one. For your day at the beach, we have all the beach things you’ll need to save you from packing them- umbrella, boogie boards and buckets and spades as well as beach cricket and bocce. You could also spend a day visiting one of the many of the the Bellarine’s famous wineries- we’ve left you a list of our favourites. The home is just minutes from Ocean Grove’s shops, cafes and beautiful beaches but feels secluded among the gum trees. Guest access Easy self-check in via lockbox. Plenty of parking available. Other things to note We’ll do everything we can to make your stay as comfortable and easy as possible (and to minimise what you have to pack). The kitchen has everything you need plus a few extras including a sodastream We have boogie boards, beach games and a beach umbrella. We have a cot, change mat, toys and high chair for the little ones. We love dogs and are more than happy to have them stay but kindly ask that they remain outside. We have a kennel, dog bed, water bowl and lots of undercover space, as well as a fully fenced yard for your pup to run around. Please note, that this is an older beach house and like a lot of houses by the beach, has a few creaks and quirks.
