Huldra, the little red house in the woods on Bru

Huldra House offers an adventurous stay with varied experiences. The house is suitable for 1-2 families/8 people. With a fantastic location just 25 minutes from Oslo, a few minutes from Langenvannet and a short drive to Østmarka Nature Reserve, there are plenty of activities to do. It is also about 25 min to Tusenfryd. There is a short distance to the swimming area, and from us it is possible to rent a kayak and SUP for the whole family! There is plenty of space for parking several cars just outside the house and charging an electric car. The space The house has a large and sunny terrace facing south. Here is also a large Treager pellet grill. In the garden you will find a trampoline, swing, sandpit and a small climbing wall. The fire pit is also possible to use. The cabin has a cozy living room with kitchenette and dining area. The table can be pulled out so that there is room for 8 people. There are two bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub. There is also a separate workout room with treadmill, weights in different variations, bench, mats, etc. The kitchen is large and well equipped, including hot air oven, waffle iron, food processor, blender, coffee grinder and mokkamaster coffee maker. The TV is of the type The Frame and appears as a picture when not in use. Tv2 sumo, NRK and Nettflix are included. You can also log in with your own accounts on the desired streaming services. The living room also has a couple of speakers with Bluetooth you can connect to. The master bedroom has a 160 cm double bed and has a private entrance to bathroom 1. Bedroom 2 has a 160 cm double bed (extendable Hemnes) and a sofa bed with room for two adults. Bedroom 3 has a 90 cm bed and a small children's bed. The office has a pouf that can be pulled out to an extra bed. The house is not rented out for parties and there is a 25-year limit for renting. No pets or smoking allowed. City Maid is responsible for cleaning the house (mandatory). The price comes in addition to the rental price, normally NOK 1,500. Guest access Whole house. Some drawers/cabinets are reserved for the storage of private belongings. The attics are also private.
