The house is a three bedroom, two bathroom home, with a fully stocked kitchen, a dining area, and living room with a pull out queen sofa bed. This listing is for a full two story home with no shared spaces. All interaction with guests with be via the airbnb app or cell phone text or phone calls if the guest contacts the host. Our neighborhood is better than the average Niagara Falls neighborhood, and we are located on a main road and near a major intersection. We are friendly with both of our next door neighbors while there is often noise at night we have no safety concerns. Rental of this property includes unlimited access to the level 2 j1772 charger on site. There is no ramp or elevator yet (coming next season!) but the interior of the property is handicap accessible. The main floor has a curbless shower and grab bars around the toilet and through out the shower. The kitchen is stocked in such a way as to be usable by individuals who cant reach into over head cabinets. The main floor also has a queen sized pull out couch so sleeping arrangements are available on the main floor as well.
