The countryside wins you over! The space Welcome to our lovely gîte in Brittany! Enjoy a quiet stay while enjoying all the amenities nearby. This accommodation is on two floors. On the ground floor you will find: - A living room with a fully equipped kitchenette: oven, microwave, stove, fridge, kitchen utensils etc. - A sitting area with a very comfortable 3-seat sofa - A dining area with a table that can accommodate 4 to 6 people - A closet in which there is a high chair, an ironing board, outdoor games. On the first floor: - A spacious bedroom with a large double bed 180/200 (possibility to transform into two single beds of 90/200) - A wardrobe - Shelves - A "platform" that can accommodate a cot or child bed or an extra bed (see photo) - A bathroom with bathtub, sink, toilet On the second floor: - A bedroom with two single beds of 90/200 (possibility to bring them together and to install a comfort mattress to make a double bed 180/200) - A closet - A bathroom with shower, sink, toilet This accommodation can accommodate families, friends, workers... Located at the gates of Dinan, you will have easy access to the banks of Rance and the magnificent Côte d'émeraude (Saint-Malo, Lancieux, Saint-Cast, Dinard...) We provide bed linens and towels, we count on you to take care of them! Guest access You'll have access to the entire home and these exteriors.
