The house is located 20 km south of Linköping in a cottage area. Boat dock and sandy beach 300 m. Secluded location with views of the forest and meadow. Rich bird and wildlife (deer, elk may be present). Growing up nice garden plot with garden pond. Newly-renovated bathroom, smart TV and Wi-Fi are available. Bedroom 3 is the guest house. Hot tub and sauna can be rented separately. Nearby you will find a golf course, nature reserve, castle environments, Östgötaleden and other scenic surroundings. Minimum booking days are 3 days. Bring sheets The space On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with leather sofas and a sofa bed, smart TV, renovated bathroom equipped with both washing machine and dryer, fully-equipped kitchen with dining area in the bay window, bedroom with double bed. Upstairs, you will find one bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. In the annex there is a double bed for two people. Glazed-in patio. Sauna building with relaxation area and shower. Outdoor shower and wood-fired hot tub. The sauna building and hot tub can be rented separately. Sauna SEK 800/day. The sauna building is available for rent from April through October. Hot tub SEK 500/day It is available for rent from May through October. Other things to note Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. You will ensure that it is cleaned before departure. Cleaning instructions are located in the house.
