The space A 26.1 square meters space including the balcony, is a fully furnished condo unit with 2 single beds, TV, a big refrigerator, microwave oven, reading lamps, tray table, chairs, stove and hood, rice cooker, electric kettle, stainless steel utensils, cutlery and chinaware. Plus a good aircondition unit with antibacterial mode, a shower with hot and cold water. All designed with a hotel feel. With 5 star amenities - Award winning swimming pool for adults and kids, kids playground, jogging trail and cabanas. High security. Very clean surroundings. Courteous Doorman, Guards and Front Desk Staff. Within the building are the following retail and service establishments: Laundry Beauty Saloon Gym Convenience Store Restaurants Guest access For security, access to the Unit will require the guest at least 3 days advance booking confirmation and to email his/her valid ID to the host for preregistration required by property management. Swimming pool may be used for only PHP150 per day per person on regular days and PHP300 per day per person during holidays. It's free for minimum stay of 6 months. Pool Usage: 6AM to 10PM only, except Wednesday for cleaning. Gym facilities may be used if your minimum stay is 6 months.
