Cosy 35m2 Studio, rooftop view, Fast internet

The studio is very bright with 5 windows, including a skylight. Located 5mn from the Moulin Rouge and 15mn from montmartre in a very alive part of Paris with lots of restaurants. You will need to climb up 6 flights of stairs but I will gladly help you with your suitcase if I am available. It's the price to pay for a roof top view of the Eiffel Tower. You have 35m2 on the floor under a slanted ceiling. There are 5 brand new windows in the apartment so it is very well lit. The desk/Work area : There is a standard desk that can be raise to work standing and an other handmade wooden desk that runs along the wall. The wifi is the fastest you can get in France 273mbps download and 270mbps upload. A nice desk chair with arms rest is also at your disposal. The Kitchen : It is a very nice kitchen and you won't be missing anything. It is a fully functional kitchen with a blender a microwave, a regular size fridge with a proper freezer, a toaster, a crêpe maker, a double stove (induction). The living room/bed room : One big bed 140cm x 200cm with a thick memory foam mattress on top of the regular mattress. (it's a sleeping couch but very confortable) There is a small couch that turns into a one person bed. I have had plenty of people sleeping on it and other than the limiting size it is decent. (I am 6 foot 5 inches / 195cm and I have successfully slept on it a few times) You will be nice and cosy at night in front of Netflix Amazon prime and apple+ movies (+200 movies) with a 120" projector for an amazing theater like experience. A dvd player (playstation 3) is at your disposal with lots of DVDs and Blurays. There is a playstation 3 with games There is also great bluetooth speakers The Bathroom : It is equipped with a big shower with a waterfall shower head as well as a shower handle and massaging jets (the jets are useless). Shampoo and soap will be at your disposal as well as two sets of towels. There is also a nice view where you can see the rooftops as well at the Tour Montparnass and the Eiffel Tower on the far right. Guest access The whole studio is obviously all yours to do as you please. You just need to be quiet after 10pm as it is the law in France.
