Broadkill Beach Therapy

This stylish new Broadkill beach house is designed for comfort and loaded with amenities. 5 bedrooms (2 king beds), 5 bathrooms, multiple porches, a large fully equipped kitchen. Just a few houses from the beach, you'll be dipping your toes in the bay within minutes of heading out the door. Two covered screened porches provide great spots to gather - even on rainy days! External cameras in use. Linens are not provided, but can be rented from local companies. The space This home was designed to provide our rental guests with an ideal vacation experience. With large groups, it's so important to have multiple gathering spaces, so in addition to the indoor living area, we added two screened porches where you can relax without worries about bugs or a few raindrops. Three bedrooms have direct access to an outdoor space. There's also a seating area at ground level featuring a fire ring for evening hangouts and roasting marshmallows. Also at ground level is an outdoor shower, so our guests can rinse off sandy feet before entering the house. Kitchen: Main Level - Large breakfast bar with seating for 6, microwave, electric range, dishwasher, through-the-door filtered water & ice, dual drip/K-cup coffee maker, toaster, tea kettle and direct access to the deck with propane grill. Bedroom 1: Main Level - One king bed with Casper mattress, large closet with dresser inside, Juliet balcony, Roku TV for your streaming services, ceiling fan. Attached bath with double vanity and an enormous tiled shower. Bedroom 2: Upper Level - One queen bed, closet with small dresser, private access deck with seating for two, Roku TV for your streaming services, ceiling fan. Bedroom 3: Upper Level - Two twin beds, open wardrobe, ceiling fan. Bedroom 4: Upper Level - One queen bed, closet with small dresser, private access to shared screened porch, Roku TV for your streaming services, ceiling fan. Bedroom 5: Upper Level - One king bed with Casper mattress, walk-in closet with dresser, Juliet balcony, Roku TV for your streaming services, ceiling fan. Attached bath with double vanity and an enormous tiled shower with bench seat, spa-like soaking tub. Absolutely no parties or smoking anywhere on the property. We will accept dogs with a $300 non-refundable pet fee, per pet. There is a 2 pet maximum per lease, dogs must be hypoallergenic, 25 lbs or less and up-to-date on their vaccinations. Breeds restricted from property include: Boxer, American Bulldog, Pit Bull Terrier, Husky, Doberman Pincher, Chow Chow, Rottweiler. Dogs must be leashed when outdoors. Guests are responsible for personal injury and damage to the property caused by their dog(s). Any violations of house rules will result in a $500 fine and will be reported to Airbnb. Guest access We have installed a video smart lock for easy self-check-in so you can arrive as soon as the cleaners have indicated the house is ready or late at night, if you arrive at the end of a long day. Although the entry door has a video smart lock, we do NOT have security cameras set up inside the home. Guests will have access to the entire house with the exception of the utility room and small closet under the entry stairs. Please contact me with any questions or concerns.
