From the living area and balcony you’ll see the clear, blue waves of the ocean sparkling and cresting. Guests can relax in this sanctuary by the sea or take in all Bondi has to offer with walks on the beach, amazing cafes and local markets. The apartment offers two bedrooms and open plan living space. Air conditioning/heating (only in the living room) , full kitchen, internal laundry, complimentary high speed NBN Wifi and Smart TV with Netflix are just a few features in this beautiful apartment. We offer a few items in the pantry including Nespresso, biscuits, teas and coffees. Both bedrooms offer Cavendish Plush pillow top mattresses. Bedding Configuration Bedroom 1: One Queen Bedroom 2: Two Singles or one King Bed upon request Living room: Double sofa bed For the little ones, port-a-cot and highchair hire is available for AUD 30 per item/stay. King can be separated into two single beds upon request at time of booking and AUD 30 fee. Living room has remote controlled electric blinds. Double glazed glass doors slide open onto the balcony. There is one flight of stairs to climb to access apartment. Secured building with double security access and cameras. Guest access Guests have unlimited access to the apartment throughout their stay. Other things to note The AC can be used for cold or warm air and is located in the living room only. If you are using it for heating then turn it on, select heat symbol and allow it 5 minutes before warm air starts to blow. PARKING Metered street parking is available directly in front of the apartment on Ramsgate Ave, with 2-hour free parking available between 8am - 10pm on the surrounding streets. Alternatively, free street parking can be found on Wallis Parade, Military Road or Blair Street. You may apply for a short term residents permit to park out front day/ night . The short term residents permit is easiest to obtain from The Bondi Pavilion .  - Short-Term Visitor Parking Permit (30 days). - Daily Visitor Permit (10 daily passes). They will issue it to you on the spot. You will need ID, proof of rental ( Airbnb confirmation) and the car registration number.  For rental cars getting a permit can only be done after the car is collected. More information can be found on their website. Free all night parking is also available on all streets from 10pm. *Please be advised that fire safety measures and upgrades will be carried out on the building in April and May 2026, primarily on the sides of the building.
