It’s a perfect spot to enjoy sunsets, wildlife, and visit local favorites like Sailors Falls, St Anne’s Winery, Hepburn Mineral Springs Reserve, Pykes Creek, and Daylesford’s Boathouse Restaurant. A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes. IMPORTANT NOTE: This off-grid tiny house runs on solar power. We advise guests to conserve energy during the day and only use it when necessary. Guest access Guests can access the tiny home and nearby paddock but must get permission before entering other paddocks, like horse areas. Other amenities available by 24 hrs notice: - Breakfast hamper: $35 per person - Horse agistment: $15 per night per horse - Outdoor firepit, lighters and firewood (cold months only): $30 per day - Tree hammocks, canoe (life vests provided), and fishing for yabbies with our net. Just ask your host. Other things to note - No WiFi - Some spaces are shared - Diesel generator-powered - Motorbikes are not allowed - Solar-powered / Off-grid unit - No smoking allowed on the property - Good mobile reception with Telstra - Water sourced comes from harvested rainfall - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - Please do not enter animal paddocks or yards without your land host's permission - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge - Before checking out, please keep our tiny house clean and make sure to wash your dishes after use Off-grid Guidelines - Guests are encouraged to bring portable power banks, charge devices in advance, and conserve energy to avoid running out of electricity. Important note: - Abundant wildlife present on the property - No BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits during a total fire ban - Dropping cigarette butts on dry grass can start a bushfire. Please put out your cigarettes properly. - For stays of 3 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the compost toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
