One bedroom, one bath studio with kitchen, located 2 1/2 miles from resort. 2 Q LOCATED ON HWY 270, 2 1/2 MILES FROM RESORT Our Suite at the Joplin Inn has two queen beds and a sleeper sofa. The full size bath has a shower and bath tub combo. This unit has a flat screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen. Daily coffee is provided in the unit. This unit has free wireless internet and cable television available. The rate for this unit is based on two guests. The space There is an additional charge of $5 per person per night for each additional guest. This unit is non-smoking and pet friendly (pets are an additional $17.50 per night). This unit does not have a hair dryer, iron or ironing board. This unit has an adjoining door with both Guest Room #11 and the House #13, for maximum versatility. Please note that smoking of any kind is not allowed at this property. If we find evidence of smoking, you will be fined $150.00. PETS: We do not accept any breeds that have been recognized for their violent behavior, like a pit bull or any exotic pets. All pets must be leashed at all times while being walked, and all owners must be prepared to pick up any excrement left by their pets. Pets cannot be left unattended in the units or on the decks at any time! Should we receive any complaints regarding pets barking, there is a $150 service charge plus any charges necessary for another guest needing to be relocated to another unit due to disturbance.. Pet Fee is $17.50 per night plus tax and processing. Please note: We are not responsible for any children or pets leaving or entering the fenced area.
