Small, nice apartment near Kirkenes

My place is located in Sandnes, 8 km from Kirkenes. The appartment is 30 m^2 with kitchen/diningroom, bathroom and sleeping room and your own entrance. It is easy to get to the sea or to the mountain for hiking and/or fishing, still it is easy to get to the town center of Kirkenes by bus (bus about every hour most of the day). The apartment fits for couples, for you who travel alone, or for businessmen/ -women/students who need a place near Kirkenes for some days. The space 15 min driving from the airport, about the same from Hurtigruten and from the town centre og Kirkenes. There is a grocery store at Sandnes. Kirkenes snow hotel is located two km away. For other shops and restaurants/café, you have to go to Kirkenes. Bus routes about every hour. Sandnes is close to fantastic nature, you can do cross country skiing on the hills, use prepared ski trails next to the house (length about 4km) or some other ski trails (length 10 and 14 km). There is also a small alpine hill for downhill skiing near the apartment. Summertime, there are good options for biking, hikes and runs both on roads, on tracks or on your own on the hills.
