There are no streetlights, so it is highly recommended to be checking in during daylight hours - NOTE: Due to Hurricane Helene the Switchback Road is washed out, therefore it is recommended to use an SUV or 4-wheel drive to get to the property safely as a sedan will likely bottom out - NOTE: This property may not be suitable for children due to the open staircase, where crawling infants or new walkers could easily slip through and get hurt - NOTE: Your safety matters.
