The villa is fully air-conditioned, walled for privacy, and thoughtfully equipped for a relaxing stay. For larger groups, a second villa is available right next door – [Baan Ping Tara Tropical Pool Villa (#11362280)] – allowing up to 8 guests to stay across both homes. 2025 Upgrades: • Brand-new beds, sofa, TV, and updated bedroom, dining, and living room furnishings for added comfort and style. Bedrooms: Each bedroom features super-comfy beds with 5-star quality linens, teak wood furniture, blackout curtains, air conditioning, ceiling fan, desk, side tables, and reading lamps. • The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, with two twin beds. • The second bedroom has a king bed and private access to the guest bathroom, which can be locked off for ensuite-style privacy. This bathroom has a bathtub/shower. Kitchen & Living: Enjoy cooking and entertaining in the air-conditioned open-plan living area, featuring a fully equipped Western-style kitchen: • Gas stove, granite countertops, filtered drinking water • Full-sized fridge, microwave, toaster, prep island, and bar stools • Washing machine and clothes drying rack located conveniently outside Relax on the plush full-sized sofa while watching your favorite shows or Netflix on the 54” LCD TV, or dine with a view of the pool from the indoor dining table. Nothing is shared with other guests. Other things to note Cleaning: Full cleaning (including fresh linens and towels) is provided every 4 days. Light cleaning (sweeping, mopping, bathrooms, counters – excluding linen) is done every 2 days. Pool cleaning is carried out twice a week. Complimentary use of the washing machine is available during your stay. House Etiquette: Please remember that this is a private home, not a hotel. We offer above-average service at an affordable rate, and we appreciate your cooperation. Kindly remove outdoor shoes or sandals before entering the house in respect of Thai customs. No smoking and no mosquito coils are allowed inside the house or within 2 meters of open windows/doors. A fine of 3,000 THB may apply for curtain laundering if these rules are ignored. Pets are not permitted. Guests & Noise: Small, private gatherings (under 8 people) are welcome. Sound off after 9pm. However, if neighbors complain, we kindly ask that the party ends out of respect for the community. At Checkout: Please leave the villa in a reasonably tidy condition – it’s genuinely appreciated! Electricity Use: The villa includes a daily electricity allowance. Most guests stay well within this, but extra usage will incur a small charge. Help us reduce waste by turning off air-conditioning when not in the house. Pool Use: Please use the outdoor shower before entering the pool for hygiene and maintenance. Scooter: A 3,000 THB refundable deposit is required for scooter use. This is fully returned if the scooter is brought back without damage or accident.
