The Sanctuary, a tranquil hidden oasis nestled between the beach and the bay, providing the perfect place to create memorable Hawks Nest Holiday. This is not a serviced apartment, you will need to bring your own linen/towelling, food, amenities, and toiletries etc. We have a strict no party/loud group and/or schoolies bookings policy. The space The Sanctuary, a tranquil hidden oasis nestled between the beach and the bay, providing the perfect place to create memorable Hawks Nest Holiday. A light filled home, architecturally designed to take in the outdoor ambience. The Sanctuary stands out from the crowd as the outdoors meet the indoors. The expansive screened alfresco area is perfect for outdoor dining all year round, featuring a dining table and space to relax and soak in the surrounds. There is also an additional screened lounge area off the second bedroom. This home will suit an extended family stay or couple/s wanting to escape their everyday life and immerse themselves into the unique space on offer. The ground floor offers an open plan living area, perfect for sharing time together, cooking, watching TV, playing board games and/or entertaining, with a cosy combustion fireplace for those winter months. The main bedroom is located on the second floor. A private parent’s retreat boasting an ensuite, walk in robe, and a dedicated work/study space. The work space is great for that working holiday. Live like the locals do and soak up the best part of the morning, taking a stroll along Bennett’s Beach, only 200m away, before starting your busy working day. Bedroom two is located on the ground floor adjoining the secondary fully screened alfresco area. A place to submerge yourself in the leafy natural surrounds and enjoy that morning coffee, or to quietly sit and read your favourite novel. This bedroom offers a queen bed however can also accommodate for a small child in addition as there is a small murphy bed available. Bedroom 3 offers two generous king single beds and a stand up single trundle, the trundle would be best suited for a child.
