This studio can be let on its own for 2 - 4 people or in conjuction with the ground floor studio and/or 3 B&B rooms on 1st floor to house a maximum of 14 people ideal for large groups ie weddings but advanced bookings necessary as each unit is advertised separately. However, with it’s proximity to the autoroute, the beaches of the Med, Carcassonne, Toulouse, Narbonne, Perpignan, Montpellier and the Camargue are in easy reach - even Barcelona is only 3 hours away. Take the twisty roads through the glorious gorges of the Corbières and the astonishing Cathar castles are on the doorstep The river, dammed in the summer to provide exquisite swimming, is bordered by the Abbey and the medieval waterfront and is crossed by 2 bridges one a fine Roman bridge. The summer months are very animated with various music festivals, piano concerts,folk dancing, theatre,circus,pottery & book fairs...firework display from the old bridge on 13th July followed by Bastille day celebrations with a much bigger display on the 14th in Carcassonne- 40 mins away.
