Family Oasis, Baby/Kid Friendly, Private Entrance

-Ideal for families traveling with children (we have them so we know!) -Separate entrance with your own off-street parking space for one mid-size car -Walk on sidewalks to nearby playground (4 minute stroll) -Ample space at over 1,300 sq feet -Two separate bedrooms -Large private verandah overlooking landscaped backyard garden and fountain -Sunny living room with Roku: Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, AcornTV, CBS -Washer & dryer off the bathroom -Bathtub/shower easy for kids -Kids toys and tools The space Everyone loves our space, but our best guests have been those traveling with children. We don't mind the noise of children at all, since we have two of our own (one is 4, the other is 2). And in those cases we don't worry about trying to keep our sons too quiet. Of course you we don't require that you have children to book our space, but please be 'kid-friendly' people who don't mind some noise, since we live on the floor above the airbnb space. Guest access Separate private entrance. You have your own private verandah with a small table and two chairs, overlooking the landscaped back gardens and fountain. Parking options: there is a narrow driveway that leads to an off-street parking spot directly under your entrance. However larger and/or low-ground-clearance vehicles may feel more comfortable parking on the street below. Other things to note Please read the text above about the parking options, and that we live upstairs with our dogs and children. As a condition of getting an Airbnb permit from the city of Asheville, they asked us to remove the oven. Kitchen has microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker.
