The space The charm of the apartment starts as you enter the front door of the building, with beautiful original features including the stairwell, its tiles, railings, and water basins that are found as you walk up the 3 flights of stairs. In the apartment you will also find original wooden floors and doors, matched with high ceilings that give the apartment a classic Viennese light and airy feel. As you open the door to the apartment, you find yourself in the entry area, which leads directly into the kitchen. Apart from the standard appliances, it includes an automatic ‘bean to cup’ coffee machine, a small breakfast bar and stools, basic cooking and eating utensils, and a super handy dishwasher. As you walk through the kitchen and through the original glass and wooden doorway you enter the living room. This room has a cozy feel to it, here you will find a dining table, bookshelf, comfy armchair and footstool, large TV, floor lamp, a sofa bed and side table. The room is complete with 5G internet that connects all around the apartment. The main room also gives you access the small bathroom that includes a bath tub with shower head, wash basin, a towel radiator and the washing machine (a separate toilet is found in the entrance area). From the kitchen/entrance you can also access the bed room with a double bed and two large cupboards, that offer ample neat storage space. Guest access The entire apartment (close to 50m2) is yours.
