Kindly inform us in advance. This is a walk-up building. Then unit is at the 3rd floor. You need to walk up 2 flights of stairs. Parking is already included. The aircon is a window-type AC. You must be aware of the normal window aircon sound is unlike a split-type AC. While light cooking is allowed (i.e. noodles, rice, eggs, spam), guests are required to turn-off the AC, open the window and turn-on the exhaust fan while doing so. Cooking of smokey or smelly food is strictly prohibited (i.e. fish, curry) as they leave a lasting unpleasant smell. Violation of this will be charged extra cleaning and laundry fee equivalent to P3,000.
