Welcome to our renovated family beach home in beautiful Dromana! Clean, bright and comfortable. 2 large bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom with all you need for an enjoyable getaway, including heating and cooling throughout, Wi-Fi, Washing Machine, Dryer, Iron, 4K Smart TV & Blu-Ray Player. Beautiful bay views yet only a 2 minute drive or 15 minute walk to the beach and shops. Many wineries close by. Parking off street for up to 3 cars, including a single car garage. The space PLEASE NOTE: This property has a second detached living space, which offers guests an extra two bedrooms (1 x queen, 2 x king single), bathroom and living room. This increases capacity to 10 guests. This 4 bedroom option is usually the only available option for guests wishing to book during school holiday periods and long weekends - but occasionally this 2 bedroom listing may be available. Rest assured that if you book this 2 bedroom listing, the secondary space will be vacant - nobody else will be staying on the premises except your group! OTHER INFORMATION: Air Conditioning: Each bedroom and living room is fitted with reverse cycle air conditioners. Bathroom: The bathroom features a shower with dual shower heads, wall mounted shower caddy containing body wash, shampoo and conditioner. In the cupboard there’s a hair dryer and extra toilet rolls. There is a separate WC. Bedrooms: All mattresses are graded as medium firmness with the exception of the queen mattress in Bedroom 1 (overlooking bay), which is plush. BBQ: There’s a 4 burner BBQ on the side balcony overlooking the bay. Dining: There is a 7-piece setting. There's also a child's high chair stored in the front bedroom wardrobe. Dromana Primary School: Located 5 minutes walk or quick drive from the property and has basketball courts, areas to ride scooters etc. There’s also a couple of playgrounds. Garage: There is a single car garage suitable for standard height vehicles up to 1.8m. Internet: NBN 100 high speed plan. Kitchen: The white modern kitchen is appointed with new stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, electric cooktop and under bench oven. Stocked with all the tools you will need to cook up a storm. Note that there’s an under-bench cupboard facing the dining room containing a toaster, sandwich press and wine decanter. If cooking isn’t your thing while on holidays, there are some takeaway menus in the bottom drawer. With a variety of local cafes, restaurants, breweries, distilleries and specialty shops, Dromana has something for everyone. Laundry: A washing machine and dryer is available to you. Laundry detergent and fabric softener is contained in the cupboard under the sink. In the tall cupboard you’ll find a first aid kit, iron, ironing board, pegs, laundry basket, clothes airer (there’s also an outdoor clothesline under the front balcony), fire extinguisher, various cleaning products. Linen: All linen is provided. This includes sheets, quilt covers, pillow cases, bath towels, tea towels. Each bedroom contains a bath towel for each guest and a spare set of linen in case of emergency. There are coat hangers in the wardrobes and blankets for the cooler periods. Living Room: 3-seater and 2-seater lounges. 65" Smart TV running off Android OS with a range of popular apps downloaded and available for use. There's also a blu-ray player connected. Entry: Here you’ll find the indoor rubbish bin, a hook board containing the garage door key, BBQ / gas bottle key and room for your car keys! There’s a cupboard containing various cleaning and dishwashing supplies, plus a folder containing user manuals for various appliances if required. There’s also shelf space that you could use as an additional pantry. Guest access Off-street parking can accommodate up to 3 vehicles, including one in a single car garage - suitable for standard height vehicles up to 1.8m.
