Huge attic annex: 2 bedrooms and private bathroom

Our generously proportioned attic conversion boasts 2 rooms with adjoining door - one for relaxing and the other for sleeping, plus a private shower room. We're 2 minutes' walk from Sanderstead station, less than 30 mins from London and Gatwick. The space Main bedroom has a comfy double bed, plus plenty of space for clothes storage. Separate private living room with second double bed, tv and sofa bed. Both rooms have a door onto the landing for access to the bathroom. The interconnecting door can be locked shut on request. You'll have exclusive use of both rooms in the attic as well as the private bathroom. Downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen (shared with us), and you'll be well looked after by your experienced hosts (we also rent out our London flat with AirBnB). Guest access You'll have exlusive use of the two attic rooms and private bathroom, plus the shared kitchen facilities downstairs. Feel free to use the large garden as well. During your stay We're around most evenings to give advice and make sure you're feeling well looked after. Other things to note We have two children, so guests must keep noise down in the communal areas after 7pm when they are sleeping.
