Sit outside on the large shady patio overlooking the adjacent natural bush after a day spent fishing, boating, canoeing, swimming, biking or just exploring Hervey Bay. Watch the local kangaroos grazing and birds calling. The amazing lengthy Hervey Bay Esplanade bike and walking trail extends between Gataker's Bay all the way to the Urangan Boat Harbour. The space This beautiful holiday home is very spacious with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a full kitchen with butlers pantry Ideal for families and couples. There is an open kitchen, dining, lounge area with a comfy large modular lounge with large 75" Smart TV with Netflix, Blu Ray Player and free WIFI. There is a large 7kw split system air conditioner in this area. The kitchen with butlers pantry is well equipped with a large fridge with cold water and ice maker, an air fryer, sandwich toaster, Nespresso coffee machine with pods and mini grill oven. There is a large gas stove top with large oven. The adjacent 28sqm outdoor entertaining area overlooking bushland has a large table seating for 8 as well as an outdoor lounge to relax and a gas BBQ. There is also a second living area or media room with a 65" Smart TV also with Netflix and a ceiling fan. The main bedroom is large with a luxurious king size Sleeping Duck mattress, block out curtains and a split system air conditioner and ceiling fan for your comfort as well as an ensuite bathroom. There is also a 43" Smart TV in this room also. The second bedroom is also large and private with a queen bed, block out blinds and curtains and a split system air conditioner and ceiling fan. The third bedroom contains two king single sized beds with blockout curtains and blinds and a ceiling fan. The fourth bedroom has a king bed which can be converted to 2 long single beds if requested. There are also block out blinds and curtains and a ceiling fan. All main bedrooms have good separation and privacy. One children's bedroom is adjacent to the queen bedroom for parents of young children. The main bathroom has a separate toilet, a single vanity with a large bath and walk in shower and the ensuite bathroom has double vanity and a walk in shower and toilet. There is also a large laundry equipped with a large LG front loader washing machine and a Fisher & Paykel Sensor Dryer. Laundry detergent, stain remover/soaker and cleaning products are supplied. there is also a large outdoor clothes line. There is plenty of room in the yard to bring your boat and being fully fenced offers great security. We love animals and understand the need for guests to bring their pets. Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum and no Parties to be held on the premises. All of the beds have recently purchased quality mattresses with good quality linen and towels supplied. We also supply quilts for winter and cotton summer blankets and thicker winter weight rugs. BYO beach towels. There is a two car garage with roller door operator and internal house entry via the garage to protect guests from the weather. Guest access During your stay you will have the entire house including a double garage to yourself. There is secure parking for a boat behind the lockable front gates and extra parking on the front grassed area in front of the fence. The property is self check-in via a KeySafe. Other things to note The house is in a peaceful beach suburb. Hervey Bay centre is a ten minute drive from the house, here you can find Whale Watching tours, the Wet Side water park and various other adventure experiences. A bike and walking path follows the shoreline. A little further along the coast you can find the Urangan Pier and the Botanic gardens. The best beach in the area is probably Torquay beach. There are endless numbers of great parks along the shore for children.
