The space New reno one bedroom bungalow features a brand new HD foam queen bed and a queen HD foam sleeper sofa, accommodating up to 4 guests plus 2 children 0-7yrs (packnplay and child-sized airbed also available, works fine if you’re not staying inside 300sqft all day). Full modern kitchen and bath. Beautiful view over downtown, EOU and Mt. Emily. Smart TV and high speed WiFi. Bungalow walkway, yard and patio with view and seating freshly installed! Guest access Dooryard parking, large fenced yard shared intermittently with dogs and children, brand new patio with view and seating, swings for kids, fire-pit seasonally upon request. Other things to note Please park vehicles tucked up as closely to gate/fence as possible. One large vehicle parallel to gates or two regular vehicles parallel to fence will fit fine. Overflow parking available upon request.
