It includes 4 spacious bedrooms with 1.5 bathrooms, spacious living area, large kitchen, cable availability, washer and dryer in lower level. The house has a fully stocked kitchen with appliances and also includes a large wrap around deck with a gas grill. Enjoy the outside on the deck with plenty of seating including an outdoor wicker set, round patio table and chairs, five lounge chairs, and a bench to enjoy. The house includes an enclosed outside shower for after the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and great for walks and bike rides, along with wonderful restaurants nearby.
