Cozy studio near beach and airport and las olas

LOCATION LOCATION! CLOSE drive to the beach!! very cute Studio has a bunk bed 2 full size matresses to accommodate 4 people, you're just getting access to the studio not the backyard, it has a mini fridge, micro and TV with roku. las.olas.blvd and the beach and wilton manors is 3 to 5 min away also,. 4 people can fit. no smoking in room. if you would like access to the backyard you will have to look at my other listing for an upgraded price. ask me any questions prior to booking .room is 11x11 The space the studio has its own private entrance on the side of the house super secluded the TV has Netflix you can relax it's very cozy inside for a nice quick getaway remember this DOES NOT include the pool or the jacuzzi or the backyard . however if you want those upgrades, there is an upcharge. ask me. Guest access you have access to the room which is private on the side of the house has its has its own shower and great ambient lighting inside the shower also.. ask ask me about the bicycles you can use. also the beach is close and Las olas. remember there's no smoking inside the room you can take a walk down the block or do it outside down the street but not on the property. remember there's no access to the backyard . please read the listing carefully and if you have any questions ask me before you book it it's all about the location very close to the beach Las Olas and downtown Fort Lauderdale and the airport is about 15 minutes away there's also a bus up the corner you can take or you can rent bicycles or you can rent scooters please use Google to find those places around me.. The smoking area is not in the room, but you can walk out to the street or take a walk down. The block that was at the only places you can smoke but nowhere near the property. Other things to note no pets.. please be careful and do not remove the remotes or the keys or the Chargers that you see in the room anything that's removed and lost there will be a $50 charge if anything is missing thank you so much and enjoy and remember there's no smoking in the room you can always walk out to the street or take a walk.. if you have any questions just ask me.. remember the extra guest fee is for any age so any extra person over two that is when the extra charge applies.
