One larger, private guest bedroom with en suite full bath (toilet, sink and shower), also with a queen sized bed. Could alternatively be used as an office space if you WFH. Guest access University of New Mexico hospital is a 5 minute walk. Central Avenue/Nob Hill are a 15 minute walk. Other things to note Long term tenants will be required to sign separate rental agreement. Pets considered on case-by-case basis. One time cleaning fee covers cleaning at the beginning and end of your stay. Additional cleaning is the financial responsibility of the renter.
