Gites Lavalade/Bourg/Grange

Montfermier is a picturesque village in the south of France, situated in the rolling Tarn et Garonne. We have three holiday homes with a communal swimming pool. Our private home is located near the holiday homes. The rental price includes water and gas, electricity 15kwh/day. Sheets and towels can be rented or you can bring your own. Pets are not allowed. Our accommodations are not suitable for parties. Paid final cleaning. The space If you want to go on holiday with family and/or friends but still have your own place, then this is possible with us. You can use three gîtes: Lavalade - 6p; Bourg - 6p; Grange - 8p. The garden, the playground equipment and the swimming pool are shared. Room distribution per holiday home: Gite la Grange (8p): ground floor: room with double bed (2p) first floor: room 1: double bed (2p) room 2: bunk bed (2 children) room 3: 2x 1 single beds (2p) Gite Lavalade (6p): ground floor: room with double bed (2p) first floor: room with bunk bed (2 children) + 2 x 1 single beds (2p) Gite Bourg (6p): ground floor: room 1: 2 x 1 single beds (2p) room 2: 1 x double bed (2p) room 3: 2 x 1 single beds (2p) Sheets and towels are not included and can be rented for 25€/2 persons, but you can also bring your own. The price is calculated for 16 persons, but a maximum of 20 persons can stay. For each person over 16 we ask a supplement of 8€/pers./night. Other things to note -- Sheets and towels can be rented at 25€/2 per person. - Electricity supplement: 15kwh/day included, afterwards 0.25€/kWh, to be paid on departure. - Smoking only allowed outside. - Pets not allowed. - Heat pump available at holiday home Lavalade and La Grange. Holiday home Le Bourg has fans and electric heating. - Food and drinks are prohibited at the pool.
