The space Our open plan Galu apartment (Ngunnawal word for "crane") is a spacious 79sqm well appointed apartment with a range of thoughtful touches to help make an enjoyable stay. The apartment features a light-filled living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows that offer breathtaking views of Mount Ainslie, the cityscape and beyond. The living area is furnished with custom designer furniture, an electric recliner leather sofa, and the décor is brightly coloured to create a cheerful and inviting atmosphere. The bedroom is a peaceful sanctuary, with a comfortable king-sized bed. The apartment also features a luxurious bathroom with a large shower and complimentary toiletries. As our guest, you'll have access to a range of beautiful amenities, including a fully equipped gym, rooftop pool and terrace, and underground parking. You can get advice from the Goog1e Assistant in the kitchen - "Hey Goog1e, what's the weather today? Or “Hey Goog1e, show me a recipe for pasta bolognese”. BEDROOM: The bedroom comes with a king size bed with professionally cleaned linens, wardrobe with full-length mirrors and block out blinds. There are side lamps, USB chargers & spare outlets for each bedside, and a Goog1e Assistant smart clock: "Hey Goog1e, wake me up at 7am" or "Hey Goog1e, play ocean sounds". The bed comes with electric blankets to keep you warm. LIVING ROOM: This comes with a designer leather electric recliner couch with inbuilt USB ports, and a large 70” Android TV with Netflix, YouTube Premium and Chromecast. We have a dedicated study desk, 32” 4K monitor, wireless keyboard and mouse, and a chair. BATHROOM: The bathroom comes with a toilet, sink and shower. We provide towels for each registered guest, toilet paper, bodywash and shampoo. LAUNDRY: The apartment features a European style laundry in the bathroom, which has a sink and a combined washing machine and dryer and a separate dryer. We provide laundry powder. For the greener option, we provide a clothes horse that you can hang your clothes to dry. SMART HOME: This apartment is a smart home, with various sensors throughout the area, including motion sensors, door sensors, and temperature sensors. These are for the security of the apartment and to help us ensure we provide you with a great experience. Please do not tamper with the sensors. There are no cameras in the apartment, but there are in the common areas of the complex. ROOFTOP BBQ, GYM, POOL AND SPA: You will have access during the duration of your stay to the shared facilities - the rooftop outdoor BBQ area, outdoor pool, outdoor spa and fully equipped gym. As these are shared facilities, please be considerate of the other residents. Please keep everything cleaned after you use it, and be considerate about noise. HIRE CAR AVAILABLE: We can have a Tesla Model Y Long Range available at the apartment for you (subject to hire fees & availability). FREE PARKING: A single undercover parking space for the duration of your stay. The parking garage has a maximum height of 2.2m. NO SMOKING: This property is for non-smokers only. This means no smoking on the balcony, or entering the property while smelling of smoke as we have guests who have allergies. NO PARTIES PLEASE. Please be considerate of noise as we would like to stay friends with our lovely neighbours. Guest access There is a key-safe for self check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please let us know if you require a second set of keys. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee.
