A single pullout bed so an extra guest can stay at an additional cost. Their is no smoking, vaping or smoking cannabis on the premises. I ask all visitors to not cook with curry. This is a very strong spice that does not leave the aptartment. It takes a professional cleaning service to get rid of the smell which will be charged to you. Guest access Their is plenty of free street parking around the building from Friday at 2pm till Monday at noon and all day/night on holidays. A designated parking spot will be available for 1 car in the driveway. Everything is walking distance out your front door. Other things to note Very fast fibe Internet connection, Firestick with TV, hundreds of channels and movies. Laundry can be used in the basement when staying longer than a weekend. It is code access. Need any basics?, Avondale corner store across the park. I have all beach items for you to use. Chairs, umbrella, coolers, blanket, large beach towels. Also a scooter, sidewalk chalk, sports items for all kids to use. I have recently added a mattress topper to the main bedroom.
