All guests are required to fill out our Guest Agreement and agree to the terms, conditions, and rules of the agreement. This is a residential home in a quiet neighborhood, and we take keeping our neighbors happy very seriously. No parties, loud music, or rowdy groups—this is not the house for that. Violations of house rules will result in immediate eviction and hefty fines. Please book responsibly and respectfully. Outdoor spaces are not available for use from 10 PM to 7 AM Cancel within 24 hours of booking free of penalty! HOUSE RULE: The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old and must be present for the duration of the stay. HOUSE LIMITATIONS: While we love to celebrate special occasions, the property does not operate as a venue. Reservations are for accommodations only. No bachelor parties. No smoking anywhere on the premises. This home is pet friendly. However, there is an additional fee and damage deposit required. There are also weight and breed restrictions. Max 2 pets. Important note: Stairway to Heaven is named for its stunning lakeside location and also the stairway of 100 steps leading down to the dock. Also, parking is at the top of the driveway with a stairway of ~50 steps down to the house. This property is not a good fit for anybody who cannot navigate the stairs. The boat lift is NOT included in the rental. We also want guests to know that it is not recommended that they tie up their boats to the dock for an extended period.
