The fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator with ice maker, electric stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave and Keurig. The open floor plan flows beautifully into the living and dining area with ample seating. Fireplace in living is non working and for decoration only. There is however an inviting outdoor fire pit for your pleasure. The lovely screen in porch expands your living space. The private dock is perfect for an afternoon of fishing, sunbathing or simply relaxing. There is an outside shower for cleaning up prior to preparing your catch on the charcoal grill.
