Rooms of Renown - The Enterprise Suite

The Enterprise Suite is our largest self-contained studio apartment, with a king size bed and Sheridan linen, a full kitchen, lounge, a study nook and room for a porta cot if you’re travelling with family. The Enterprise Suite mixes deco flourishes with an intense colour scheme (if you’re looking for beige, this one isn’t for you!). The apartment is in Leeton's main street (1-5 min walk away from cafes & restaurants) & is personality plus, so bust out your glad rags and soak up the atmosphere! The space The Enterprise Suite is one of three of Rooms of Renown's luxe Art Deco short stay apartments in Leeton, NSW. The apartments are housed in the original accommodation at the rear of 36 Kurrajong Avenue, which was established in 1915 and expanded in 1920 by the Panaretto brothers to become The Renown Refreshment Rooms. Each apartment has been renovated and restored and features a strong deco aesthetic. The Enterprise Suite can accommodate two adults and one baby / child (please check with us and we can advise). Amenities: * Rest up in a generous king size bed, with a super comfy pillow top, 500 thread count Sheridan sheets and hypo-allergenic pillows and duvets. * Cook up a storm in a full kitchen, including wall oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and Nespresso coffee machine (as well as everything else you’d expect from cutlery to cocktail glasses!). * Get ready for a night on the town in a modern deco bathroom, with Sheridan bath towels and quality body products (shower only, no bath). * Kick back and relax on the deco lounge, at the four-seater dining table or stay in bed and watch all your favourites on the Smart TV. * Write a book, join a Zoom meeting or run your business from Enterprise’s study nook, utilising Renown’s free wifi. Guest access Please note all apartments at Rooms of Renown are situated in a secure compound behind electric security gates (perfect for high value vintage rides!) and have direct access to Leeton’s main street, as well as dedicated parking and a large shared grassed area. Security cameras are also in operation on the back and front gates and in the fenced yard. Other things to note Please note Rooms of Renown is adjacent to a double-storey residential flat building. While our apartments offer privacy, guests may see neighbours on the top storey coming and going from time to time. Registration Details PID-STRA-54066
