It's set in the heart of Leeton's main street and features an open plan kitchen, lounge, dining and queen bed with Sheridan linen, a deco bathroom and secure parking on site. The space Perfect for couples., the Panaretto Parlour is one of three of Rooms of Renown's luxe Art Deco short stay apartments in Leeton, NSW. The apartments are housed in the original accommodation at the rear of 36 Kurrajong Avenue, which was established in 1915 and expanded in 1920 by the Panaretto brothers to become The Renown Refreshment Rooms. Each apartment has been renovated and restored and features a strong deco aesthetic. Panaretto Parlour can accommodate a maximum of two guests. Amenities: * Snuggle up in a queen size bed, with a super comfy pillow top, 500 thread count Sheridan sheets and hypo-allergenic pillows and duvets. * Cook up a storm in the kitchen, including a combination wall oven and microwave, dishwasher, fridge and Nespresso coffee machine (as well as everything else you’d expect from cutlery to cocktail glasses!). * Get ready for a night on the town in a modern deco bathroom, with Sheridan bath towels and quality body products (shower only, no bath). * Kick back and relax at the two-seater dining table in the kitchen, in the bold monochrome art deco lounge with Gatsby bar cart or simply pull up the bed sheets and watch all your favourites on the Smart TV. * Gaze upwards at the original pressed tin ceilings and imagine if these walls could talk, what would they say? Guest access Please note all apartments at Rooms of Renown are situated in a secure compound behind electric security gates (perfect for high value vintage rides!) and have direct access to Leeton’s main street, as well as dedicated parking and a large shared grassed area. Security cameras are also in operation on the back and front gates and in the fenced yard. Other things to note Please note Rooms of Renown is adjacent to a double-storey residential flat building.
