Fully equipped kitchen: Dishwasher, steam pyrolysis oven, induction cooktop, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, Tassimo coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster,... TV, fiber internet, Canal+ subscription. Access to small bathroom equipped with toilet, sink, washing machine. Upstairs, large bright bedroom equipped with a 160 x 200 bed, sitting area with armchair, floor cushions, library, board games and enough space to place a baby cot. Rechargeable cordless vacuum cleaner. Modern bathroom equipped with a 100 x 80 shower, sink and toilet. Bed and bath linen is provided and included in the rental price. We do not automatically apply a cleaning fee. We're counting on your kindness to return the property in the same clean condition as when you arrived. However, you can choose to pay a €50 fee if you do not want to clean when you check out. Notify us and pay upon arrival. Guest access The house is fully available. Access to a locked garage where deckchairs, table and garden chairs are stored and where you can safely store your bikes. Other things to note Street parking is free. You can bring your car into the courtyard to unload your luggage or groceries, but you are required to take the car out as soon as a spot becomes available on the street, as the courtyard is shared.
