Other things to note - Check-in: 2pm Check-out: 12nn - Early check-in allowed in case we don’t have guests the day before your reservation. - Late check-out (1pm) is allowed in case we don’t have guests after your reservation. - A 3,000 refundable security deposit for damage and losses is needed upon check-in. We’ll return the security deposit upon check-out in case there are no damages and losses. (G-Cash/BPI) - Pets are not allowed. - Towels and personal toiletries are not provided for hygiene purposes. Rules and reminders: - STRICTLY NO SMOKING inside the bedrooms and the pool area. - Noise and Videoke: Use is strictly until 10pm then resume by 7am. Unnecessary noise, such as howling and shouting during the said hours is also prohibited. Failure to comply will forfeit the whole security deposit. Also, once the videoke was removed from its place, a penalty of ₱1,000 will be deducted from the deposit. - Parties and events are allowed, provided, inform us ahead of time. Decorations are allowed but please DO NOT use any kind of tape on the walls. - Children must be supervised all the time.
