New build country home! Amazing pool with grotto & water slide, hot tub,high speed internet, full basketball/pickle ball court, wiffle ball field, soccer field, football field, bocce ball, horseshoes, cornhole, archery, fire pit area with outdoor hanging beds and chairs, walking trail, and so much more! Sleeps 12 people with 2 Kings, 2 Queens, and 2 bunk bed sets. This is a shared property but separate house. Our family may be on the property, but feels very spacious and separate on 5.6 acres. The space This amazing property sits on 5.6 acres just 15 minutes from Redding. Amazing swimming pool with a grotto and waterslide, private hot tub, Full basketball/pickle ball court, wiffle ball field, soccer field, football field, fire pit area for big groups with hanging beds, bocce ball, archery, horseshoes, cornhole, table tennis, walking trail, courtyard and seating everywhere! Sleeps 12 people with 2 Kings, 2 Queens, and 2 bunk bed sets. Two separate kitchens, laundry rooms, and living spaces- perfect for separating groups if needed. Movie room setup upstairs and large living room area downstairs. Everything is new and feels like you're at a resort. This is a shared property but separate house so our family will be on the property but your area is separate. Please note: As this is a shared property, we screen all requests for families/groups that will be the best fit for our family and a great fit for our guests, as well. We want everyone who stays here to enjoy themselves to the fullest. *We have two very friendly dogs (doodles) that might try to visit and we also have 4 friendly kids that you will probably see (and maybe hear) outside playing in our yard area. Guest access Our house is on the property but separate so our area is the only area not accessible. Other than that, feel free to roam the property - play on the baseball field, basketball court, pool area, court yard. Garages are not accessible for the guests. Batting cage is not available for guest use. Other things to note - In the summer months, we cannot accommodate early check in requests - We have a cat (Skye), a mini hypoallergenic golden doodle (Annie) , and a hypoallergenic Aussie doodle (Patriot). You might see them while you are here. - Pool does not have a heater so cannot be used during the winter months (unless you’re into polar plunging!). - Private stand alone hot tub always available to guests. - Owners will occasionally access garage (not accessible to guests) through a separate access point, but will do so during the day and will not interfere with guest stay. In addition to the amenities listed, this is a list of provided supplies: 2 paper towel rolls in each kitchen (1 at sink and 1 under sink) 1 dish washing soap in each kitchen 5 dishwasher soap tablets in each kitchen 3 kitchen trash bags in each kitchen 2 black contractor bags 5 toilet paper rolls per bathroom (one on dispenser and 4 backup) shampoo, conditioner, body wash in each bathroom. Towels- Kitchen: 4 hand towels Master: 6 bath towels, 4 hand towels, 4 wash cloths Upstairs Bathroom: 6 bath towels, 4 hand towels, 4 wash cloths Spa Towels: 8
