Villa with pool in Calalberche near Madrid

Large pool with lawn area, patio with barbecue, living room and kitchen/dining room, full bathroom, one bedroom en suite with toilet and double bed, two bedrooms, one with 2 beds and another with 1 bed, up to 5 people. The price is per night for 5 people or less, (depending on the days). For each person over 5 there is a surcharge of €20. For birthday celebrations/events €10 per adult, €5 per child per day (does not include sleeping) The space Two-story villa with a separate entrance. The owner lives upstairs to take care of the facilities. The lower floor is rented with all the private facilities for the tourist. Other things to note The villa has 3 bedrooms, one en-suite with a double bed and two others with 3 single beds, but there is also the possibility of placing an extra bed, for a total of 6 people.
